This database started as a personal tree for Hans Gerwitz, but thanks to Debbi Girth's data (which included a lot of Gerwitz research from Ellen Gerwitz), it quickly grew to include very, very distant relatives. 3271 of them so far, with input from 81 sources.

Due to the dramatic scope of the tree, information on living individuals has been restricted. If you want to view the details of your living relatives, you must register for an account. Anyone who is able to link to existing families is welcome to join the 36 existing users already keeping records here.
